Prince having problems

Prince had a problem a couple of weeks ago. When I got home one day Shana told me that Prince wouldn't eat her treat and had her tail between her legs. After supper I went out there to her dog house in the garage. Usually she won't let you stick your hand in her cage but she let me rub her as she lay on her side. I felt her underneath and it felt hard. She wouldn't get out of her house very easy and had trouble walking. So we took her to the vet the next morning and they said she had an infection in her mammory glands and a really high fever around 107. They said it was very unusual in a dog that wasn't pregnant to have this happen. They had to poke a hole in her to let the infection leak out, so we had to put her in the house for about a week. After that week (just a few days ago) we took her back and they had put in some stitches where she had lost some dead skin. I guess she also has some cancer down there that we will have to check back on in a few months to see if it comes back. So as of today Prince will be in here for another week. It took her a night to get use to her neck satellite. She couldn't get in her dog house the first night so I had to cut alot of it off but where she had enough where she can't lick or bite her stitches off. She has been good for the most part and stays in her area.

By the way Prince is potty trained. That is her food in the background that looks like some poo.
